The IDS Data Management form has the following functions:
Displays entries from the directory server that have not yet been updated on the MiVoice Business IDS. These entries may be detained (waiting to be processed manually), pending (waiting to be processed automatically), failed (rejected due an error).
Enables the administrator to manage the entries. Possible actions include performing a change operation in order to update the status of a detained or failed update, authorizing an update, and deleting an update.
Support for LDIF file import. Add, modify and delete functions are also supported.
Support for LDIF file export.

User Name |
Displays the first and last name of the user, separated by a comma. If only one name is supplied (first or last), the comma is not inserted. |
Role |
Displays the role associated with a customized User and Service Template. If the role is blank, the default template is used. The template provides data for non-IDS managed fields such as the device type and class of service. |
Directory Number |
Displays the directory number (DN) of the record. The DN is in network number format and has a PNI prefix. For example, if the DN is 1001 and the PNI of the service host is 201, then the complete number is 2011001. |

Displays the MiVoice Business system that hosts the user's DN. |
Directory Server |
Displays the MiVoice Business system that provides resiliency for the user's DN. |
